really is it good? i have seen their videos of "Ariels" (creppy kid in that video) and "Chop Seuy" (the Guitarist scared me in that video) oh and also "toxicity" (somewhat tamed compared to their other videos). I wanna see that Boom video now. By the way is that song off their new album "Steal This Album"?.

i think it's pretty good. i'm a little biased toward anti-war stuff, and i'm not usually into system of a down, but that was a pretty cool video.

and yes i think it's from steal this album.

Did you read Moore's letter to Bush?

I'm a big fan of Micheal Moore, but it disapointed me that he had no alternative solution. That's my biggest problem with anti-war folk: they are ready to denounce war, but they have no better ideas...

BTW, not saying I'm pro-war. I'm not even going to say what I think

An alternate solution would have been nice...
Hell, I don't want to see anyone die without an alternate solution explored.

The only problem with that song and video is that they say that every time a bomb is dropped, a bunch of little children die and that isn't true.

Nebula, Michael Moore has been offering alternative solutions since he started his career, so remember that. but, i agree, and i actually don't think that letter was one of his better ones. although he's prolly real exhausted at this point in his career.

UberDragon, you may be right, but the amount of children that CAN die from one bomb, and HAVE died from one bomb far excedes the number of bombs that have been dropped. therefore, the more bombs you drop, the greater the possibility that you might killed a bunch of children.

actually, they say

"everytime you drop the bomb you kill the god your child has born"

don't ask me what it means though. and yes, its on "Steal this album!" which is an awesome cd.

Then I'ma gonaa have to pick it up. I heard that it is full of a bunch of B-sides that really just didn't fit onto their albums. I'm partial to "Innervision".

STA was recorded during Toxicity, they just split up the tracks into two albums.

STA is by no means a lesser album-- I think I like it better than Toxicity actually.

*Edit: forgot stuff*

Nebula, Michael Moore has been offering alternative solutions since he started his career, so remember that.

Like what though?

he's prolly real exhausted at this point in his career.

Undoubtedly. He's put so much time & energy into his stuff and sadly, it isn't causing a tremendous amount of turbulence.

If System of a Down is against the war, then bombs away!
