I hope this is not an old idea about Bittorrent clients.
But here it goes :

If there are more than 1 seeders we often find that some seeders are unable to upload as they are not required.

Hence swarm of seeders should decide among themselves which percent part of the files they should upload. ie. if there are two seeders then one seeder would upload only 50% part of the file in a super seeding mode, effectively doubling the bandwidth.
eg. If a file is super seeded among two peers from a seeder then after having 100% total data uploaded the peers should seed only 50% each for the next peers and so on (25% for next 4 peers), and 33.4% incase the original seeder is connected.

Although the percentage should vary all the time depending on speed of the peers bandwidth and avalibility of part file allocated seeder/peer.

The idea is to use all the bandwidth of every seeder peer to upload files, which is evidently is not happening right now.
eg. I find some videos extremly important hence i seed them hopeing more people
will get them but though i have the bandwidth I am often not required, what a waste.
