Anyone know of a P2P program that could connect to KazaA, Gnutella, WinMX and DC and/or any other p2p network all under one interface? If not anyone interested in making one?

oh yeah? i heard about this elite file sharing club that demands a minimum of 1 terabyte.

check out iswipe, mac only, uses several protocols, is shit
toadnode was gnutella but i hear it handles diff protocols now
winmx has its own and opennap

as for ag...there was nothing quite like it. since its passing i have not added a single mp3 to my collection. the ftp and irc circuits are the only others that have a decent selection but are a bit of a hassle and i am not quite ready for that shit again. everything else seems good only for vids, software and top 40 shit.

funny thing is in the early days of gnutella, a kick ass selection of mp3's were available. the network was bigger back then, i think. now? frikkin retards and their movies! fuck em! fuck em all i say!

i even saved ag on a cd. sometimes i start it and cry. i think i even have my start page for ag around somewhere. on the average day, i d/l half a gig, upload a gig, shared about 35 gigs of 160kb/s mp3's. i wasnt into the clubs much but joined rush and floyd. the members used to push some incredible bootlegs onto my comp.

i must leave you to weep now

eMule has always worked for me, by far the best filesharing program out there.

spookz if you ever want to get back into the IRC thing I can show you some damn nice places. I put up about a third of my bandwidth for sharing and I get every new album/song possible.

I really hate it when I go onto the p2p programs like kazaa and find nothing but 128kbit songs....just disgusting. *huggles IRC*
