I know that T[Sol]/M^3=T[star] is frequently used for this. However I'm looking for a more accurate formula. The more accurate formula I'm looking for should incorporate metallicity.
Stars have been found that have with a range from -6.0 to > 0.5, the amount of non-H,He present with in a star surely affects the stellar evolution and time on main sequence.
