To Whom this may concern:
You can increase the start up speed or reduce the warm up time of Windows XP a lot by increasing your random access memory size from 250 megabytes to 500 megabytes. Windows XP seems to need about 200 megabytes of random access memory; with 250 megabytes of memory you may need about 15 minutes before you can start typing characters.
