My question is: what purpose does it serve? Are they only keywords for spammers and if so, why are they structured into pseudosentences? Some of them almost look like stories being told by on LSD!

Maybe it's some kind of code being "broadcast." Much like the internet version of a numbers station.

I am thinking it is a spammer's keyword-induced oddity.

Normally this type of spam comes with picture attachments which have the real spam in the images. Random text generation is used to make the email look like a conversation to spam filters to evade them.

It's probably just garbage, but it would make an interesting encoded message. Maybe the cipher can be created by using the first letter of each word.

I don't think spammer's cipher in their messages. I think what it's really about is two things:

1: To undermine straight forwards Spam guards, for instance you can't just block XXX, you have to block X.XX XX.X X.X.X X[X]X etc

2: Increasing network traffic while "Terrorising" Email gateways.
This could be for a number of objectives like getting you to go out of your way to buy Anti-virus and anti-spam options for your email accounts etc or forcing Legislation on Email Tracing measures.
