Theoretically, What would a rift or fracture in spactime be like? How would it manifest itself in everyday life (3-dimensional life)?
Also, how is the 4th dimension related to spacetime? How would a rift in spacetime upset the 4th dimension?

#1 pls see Warren's post under "What is the 4th dimension" to get your bearings.
#2 no such thing as a 'rift' in space-time, this is nothing more than an extrapolation of the rubber fabric analogy, which for the most part is just an analogy that was designed to explain the concept of 'spacetime curvature' which is simply a geometrical concept, it says nothing about what it actually IS, but proposes a geometrical argument for how gravity, space, and time are inter-related, and how they can be mathematically visualized.
#3 go trekkies. :m:
Is it possible that spcae time could have a fracture or get skewed in some way? And if not, why not?
so, am i right in saying the 4th dimension is a space where one experiences all time simultaneously (past future and present)???

again, please see Warren's post in "What is the 4th dimension" thread first.
