So, why is it that so many of the war party have taken to avoiding the issues by dogging sources and their posters?

Did you all run out of substance to argue on? More appropriately, did you never have any to begin with?

Look, you may not like the World Socialist Website, or a newspaper out of China or France, but if your best contribution to a topic is to knock the source, you might as well not bother.

Come on ... I thought there would be some intelligent and dignified support for this war. It is not in evidence.

In the meantime, this note to the dogs of war: I'm impressed.

You know, even I knock FOX News sometimes, and other sources as well. However, unlike others, I don't leave my opinion to stand as the whole of the argument.

Get over yourselves. Stop proving that warmongers really are that stupid and intolerant. Eventually I'll have no choice but to believe it.

I generally don't have time to even consider a source's credibility, because usually when I find myself debating with someone they tend to not post evidence for their arguments. As such, I cannot take their arguments seriously. I am open to any and all appropriately quoted sources, and I think that I would rather find a site to contradict the opinions of the first, instead of merely saying "bah! That's communist propaganda!"

Stop proving that warmongers really are that stupid and intolerant

I'm still waiting for someone with an opinion contradicting mine who has three necessary virtues--

Not Crazy
Not Stupid
Posts evidence along with their opinions

Tiassa, I assume that this thread was brought about because of me. Look, I do not trust the WSWS. I will listen to a newspaper out of France, or Germany. But I do not trust a website that is so obviously bias. I don't trust the onion either.

The only problem i've found with the WSWS so far is they can put a far left light on events but at least i've not yet found a single lie blatant or otherwise or rumor put in as actuall fact as i have found in many other sources as such i like to use them as a starting point to read things i wouldn't of found otherwise and i can read elsewhere to level the opinion out a bit and get a better picture.
You may not like them but to ignore them totally just because you dont trust them is a bit silly.
I dont trust FOX or the like but when someone posts I'll read it anyway and just pick out the many flaws and lies or lacking those discuss, thats the point of these forums after all isn't it?

For example more left light on the subject than a neutral or right source *duh* but no lies, and as with anything in life you need balance to get things right so read and disagree or disucss anything you dont think is right.
