So what's next? Medicare? Immigration? global warming?

Now that Obama has taken over your healthcare what will he tackle next? Some say Medicare. Some say global warming. What do you think it will be?

Americans want jobs; not more debt. They want their economy back; not government takeover of everything. I'm guessing he could legalize all the criminal aliens next. He and the democrats will desperately need the votes at the next election.

Sandy, can you answer this question. How can the Government be in debt if they've taken over the private sector in America? Isn't all the money from the private sector being siphoned into the federal coffers?

Why not fix the health care system that is being made up and the one that existed before the new one came along. Nothing has been done to fix the major problems of the existing health care system that I have read.

Medicare is already a government program. WTF? Read the newspapers, instead of wherever you are getting your propaganda.

I hope he tackles education, we are obviously in desperate need of it.

I believe the REAL ID Act will be the next major point of contention between the government and US citizens.

Sandy: Medicare is already run by the government, and how exactly does one 'take over' global warming?

We're going to get Cap'n Trade. I expect that to pass within a year or so.

Perhaps he could target all those tax dodging churches and evangelists....must be millions owing to the government there.

On the subject of the healthcare reforms, couple this with reducing the number of smokers, obese, and perhaps it will not cost the taxpayer as much afterall?

Wouldn't be a surprise- he plans to get people drunk so they go braindead- and also he doesn't realize people need water to live- I can understand this happening, even though I know you're joking.

    Peace be unto you

I can't even begin to describe what an absolutely stupid set of statements those are. Medicare is goverment run. Global warming isn't a social program that you "take over", it's a buzz phrase used to describe the human impact on climate.

I have my doubts. While the Senate is dominated by Democrats, there are not enough pro Cap And Trade Democrats to successfully vote for cloture on the issue.
