I want to impress a girl. I like her. I've known her for awhile, we talk regularly. She's very pretty, and I've danced with her before. There's another dance coming up on saturday. Any pointers/hints/helpful advice? If there's any other information you need, just ask, but I'm trying to keep her i.d secret because of the other members here that also happen to live in my area. The thing with Lily is that she's a great friend...and I think that having a crush on her and going for it would destabilize my circle of friends by quite a bit. I'm surprised that neither of you have figured it out. Anyhoo, I'm not necessarily talking about the dance itself, but more about the time before and after. I know that I should be myself, and I have been working the schwartz magic (this sounds pretty archaic I know but it worked REALLY well the last time I was interested in a girl), but are there more subtle things that I should do? Are there conversational topics that she'd probably jump on if I ask? I don't think I'm in desperate need of help, and by no means do I think that it is absolutely written in the skies that I'm going to start a mean relationship with this girl, but still...
Tell her your story. Tell her about the things that impress you and what you find awesome about the world. and when she speaks.. shut the fuck up and listen. there is no greater gift then the attention of another. Tell her what you feel about life and tell her that you are greatful that she chose to spend that small portion of her LIFE just on you! If all that doesn't work just give her chocolate!
