It happens all over the world. The fact that you single out the U.S. seems to suggest you have some huge hatred for the United States for other reasons.

People came to usa from all over the world to be safe and be secured and now they are getting same torture they could have got in third world country. Sad and pathetic. Actually, Nelson, I'm quite against the vast majority of things the current U.S. government does. Fortunatly, however, I am quite capable of thinking for myself. A rather large number of members of this site happen to be anti-U.S. and aren't able to think. So anything the U.S. does is bad to them.

You can find these people all over the place. They usually are spouting bullshit like "HOW DO WE KNOW SADDAM HAS WEAPONS?"

UN ordered him to get rid of them.
UN/US now demand to know what happened to weapons he was ordered to get rid of.
Iraq submitts document with what they did with weapons.
Document describes 4,000 unites of said bio weapon being disposed of.
Document does not at all say anything about hte rest of the units.
Logic would follow they don't want us to know what happened to them or still have them, hm?

I'm not all gung-ho about hte war with Saddam. I enjoy watching war on the news so in that case I must admitt I'm "excited". But I don't think war with Iraq is exactly the most important issue on the planet. I just know that the U.S. government is going to get it and the common arguements against war with Iraq are ridiculous and often uninformed. And that pisses the shite out of me.

I have the copy of the letter from the CDC, which listed the huge long list of all the biological "seedstock" that the US Government provided between 1985 and 1993. Quite extensive really.
