I don't think video games are as bad as movies; LOTR ruined my sex life, I just couldn't look at that girl Precious anymore and paying one of the other chicks just wasn't the same.

My ex-girlfriend dumped me over World of Warcraft. Might have been when we were in bed and I said "shake that ass troll I'm about to get aggro.....".
Either that or she was disappointed after I promised her a +10 and could only manage a +4.

we had to play a typing game at school in year six, called kewala typequick, like mavis beacon except enjoyable. i was also big into msn messenger at the time. i got into the habit of typing everything i was thinking about, just while walking around etc. was nice to get rid of it, though it took a while, wiggling your fingers all the time gets really annoying.

If I get deep into a game (any genre) I end up dreaming about it. I wouldn't say that's a bad thing because the same happens with books and films, but I did need to stop playing Dead Space after it gave me nightmares (and I'm nearly 30)!!

I can't stand when a person gets so wrapped up in a stupid game they block everything else out. Do you know gamers know how frustrating it is to repeat yourself over and over because you don't hear a god dam thing. Or it never seems to be a good time, either you are just about ready to blow up or on the verge of some kind of orgasmic level up.

    LOL....

I'd have split second moments where I expected to see a terrorist come out around the corner with an AK-47 thanks to Counter-Strike.
