Issues pertaining communication

There are threads about the English language, about debating methods, rhetoric, logic, ... spread across several sections of SciForums.

I am thinking that a new section could be createed, where we could discuss issues of:

- communication in general,
- English - questions from learners, novelties, ...,
- debate methods and rhetoric,
- formal logic from the POV of communication -- like how to structure a plausible argument,
- other things pertaining communication.

What do you think?

Please make sugestions here.

How much traffic do you think it'd see? I ask because the topics you listed (besides actual languages) can soewhat fit in the existing areas. I can only think of a small handful of threads to belong there.

So, undecided... although I won't vote incase someone poses a godd reason one way or the other.

No.

I think the history forum was overdue, but I'd never visit this 'communication' forum.

I just wanted to see what the pros and cons are. :)
I too think that probably there wouldn't be much traffic there. But sometimes some things don't exist simply because no one mentioned that they would be possible ...
