I had a good question for you all. Let's say some guy accidently killed his wife, she was dead and he was really upset. Anyways he decides to ship her to another country and have her delivered, so he picks Kenya or some far off nation to send her to. In order to ship her he cuts her up into 60 pound pieces and off she goes...

Later they find her and are like wtf... everyones mad and he's all the way in America... can they just arrest him or must they send the body all the way back for Americans to have the evidence? If she's dead and not in this country is he still going to be arrested or is he free until the evidence is brought back?

he's arrested, all because you try and hide the fact by sending his/her body miles away doesnt mean you cant be arrested

Yeah, regardless if the body is in the US, he can still be detained as a prime suspect until the body is returned.

The body of a dead woman has been found in a suitcase at London's Heathrow airport, police said.

Police said a member of the airport's staff found the suitcase containing the body of an Asian woman on a trolley in the parking garage at the airport's Terminal 3 late.

They said the body had not been dismembered but declined to give further details pending a post-mortem.

"It is being treated as a suspicious death. As yet we do not know the cause of death," said detective chief inspector Neil Guild of the Heathrow police.

No arrests had been made, he added.

First of all. It is illegal to do that to a corps.

Secondly, it is illegal to ship body parts without proper authorization.

Third, WHAT KIND OF f*CKING QUESTION IS THIS:mad:

doesn't matter what sort of question it is...cursing/emotional breakdown is not an answer to such issues.

There is nothing wrong with emotion? Don't you think his question is like asking 'can i take a crap in the aisle of a supermarket'

It's a simple question, without him confessing and without them having the actual corpse, how could they arrest him? Add to that what if the country didn't wanna release the body, then where would things be?

Have you heard the term INVESTIGATION? They could track it to him with old fashoin police work. Camera's, DNA, psyschics etc.

as soon as he mails the body, it become a federal issue. A country will release a body, they might not release a live person.
And that body will be found long before it hits a country due to the smell.

pack the body with lime halfs, if you are shipping the body remove the teeth first and smash them into dust with a hammer. send each part to a different location. in england they cannot detain you for longer than 24 hours without any evidence.

the best way is to feed the body too pigs they will eat everything but the teeth, wich you should always destroy first. they can identify people from the teeth easily.

peace.

Pigs are vicious. My grandpa wouldn't let us near them. He said if we ever fell, they'd be on us. These are pigs raised in a field, not hand reared ones. He said they could go feral and have huge tusks, rougher hair, etc in 1 generation.

I think there is a farmer In Canada on trial for killing hookers and feeding them to his pigs.

It seems to me that all the trouble of chopping up a body, smashing teeth, buying dry ice/plastic and then mailing parts would just make it easier to catch you.

So now you guys/girls made a conclusion that chopping someone is good and feeding it to the pigs is just as good?

Working in a parcel office, you tend to wonder these things, especially when someone acts weird. :p

I heard of a similar thing once. An old retired couple were vacationing in the holy land when the wife unexpectedly died. The officials asked if he wanted to send the body back to his homeland for $5,000 or just bury here there for $500. He explained that she should definitely be shipped home. "2,000 years ago someone died here and came back to life", he said, "I just can't take that chance!".

yeah sorta. That looks like a wart hog. Feral pigs here don't have such a long snout and they are a hell of a lot bigger.
But yeah, in one generation, there ya are.

Kenya has far bigger fish to fry than one measly dismembered corpse in the aeroport lost-and-found.
