FBI agents are closing in on the location of the Prince of Darkness, as translations of the interrogations continue:
At first, the search was concentrated in Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaafg! No! Staaan! but attractive scents and butterfly nets have yielded only a few poppy-tax evading farmers who have been killed. Additional teams are now searching under rocks in Aaaaaaaaaaaaah!Aaaaaaaaaaaathns especially in the vicinity of the AaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahcrapAaaaaaLess! The President has assured Americans that all will soon be right with the world, but to be vigilant for the Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahnthrax.

I don't get it:confused:

I doubt that they'll ever find bin Laden. If they do, he'll commit suicide before they catch him, or something. And if they do catch him, terrorism in Israel and around the world will likely skyrocket. If I were the CIA, FBI, whatever, I would see if I could get ahold of bin Laden secretly, have him rat out all his friends, get them together, then announce that you have him. That way they can't retaliate.

I agree with snatching Osama secretely. We should have done that with sheik Mohhammed, but someone was more interested in gaining support for a war than catching terrorists.

That someone wasn't American. Someone in Pakistani intelligence broke the news, very possibly someone trying to alert bin Laden.

It didn't take the US long to claim the credit for the capture. An interview with pakastani authorities shortly after the capture revealed that a tip from a neighbor was the leading factor in the capture.

Sheikh M. was never the star frontman and wannabe mullah. I believe that the only plausible explanation for Osama's failure to communicate with "the faithful" through his favored medium of videotape is his timely, or even too late demise. The most likely scene of his end was T-B, although he could have died for lack of dialysis during an escape from US forces in Afghan- however I lean towards being crushed under a mountain as the most plausible reason explaining lack of habeus corpus.

"If George W. Bush made no public appearance for 28 months, but there were 2 State of the Onion addresses with a shrill bungle of Texan drawl on scratchy audio, how would you feel about the health of the President?

Osama was a rich adventurer on a World Mission from God. He loved the media. He dreamed of martyrdom. If Osama were only a disembodied head floating in liquid Soylent Green, he would be gurgling and rocking his jar to get 5 minutes on al-Jhazira, just to grin and mouth a few words at George W.

Anyone with the slightest inkling of his motivations knows that."

I know I read your previous post lol One big reason that Osama,if he is alive, would not want to be seen is that he now looks nothing like he did previously. Shorten the beard, wash away the gray, and you've got a guy who now looks like Abraham Lincoln.:p

I can hardly belief that Bush is seriously going to get Bin Laden. After all the business interactions between the Bush families and the Bin Laden family, the closeness of history and activities between the two clans. It is all just a makeup!

What about killing him and keep it a secret, this way the bush administration can rest assured that he is no longer a nuisance while at the same time other fanatics wouldn't know of his demise, so that he can not lead martyr inspired terror from his grave...

Besides, by keeping it secret, you can always pretend that bin laden is alive and use him whenever you want to justify invading some country or something... (not ethical, but highly effective)
