With only two sexes, it would be possible, but very,very,very hard, to get equality or near equality. But one will always be dominate, wheter slightly or totally.

Seriously though I don't think they've got much of a choice. Why change things anyway? The current system has worked for thousands of years. Are you unhappy with it??
