Coming to a theatre nearest you, at some time in the future:

X-Men 2
Spiderman 2
Matrix Reloaded + Revolutions
Harry Potter 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

(Lord of the Rings doesn't count because it's still the same story) :p :)

Is it just me, or are there going to be a heckuvalot of sequels heading our way? Are we running out of ideas?

There there, I'm sure the cast can manage without getting their dingdongs stuck in a pie? :(

I'm so far planning to see Matrix sequels and Spiderman. Might end up going to see X-Men, though didn't really like the first.

I love seeing anything with space ships, swords, magic, psychic powers, robots, stupid jokes...

I'll see them all. :D

Yeah, I thought X-Men was kind of hokey, especially since it's real life actors portraying the cartoon characters. Wolverine was done pretty well though, and Mystique, but Storm and Jean Grey? Nah. :D

The sequel's going to have Nightcrawler! Yeah! :) :)

:D lol Me too, I think I'd see them all.

I want to see Platoon 2. Non of these mediocre films. I want to watch some thing worthwhile please

I just thought that these films would be more suitable at SciForums, since they are either sci-fi, or fantasy. Spiderman and X-Men includes genetics, The Matrix with philosophy, and Harry Potter just because it's made a large impact on media.

Well, Platoon is philosphical. Its about a mans split between Good and Bad during the Vienamconflict

Ohh..ok. I don't know how to change the poll though, but you can vote for None of the above. :)

Blue: "YES! Ahahaha, I have started a food craze, with my One Food Forever thread! *evil laughter*

Oh yes, I prefer white Clam Chowder. Especially after the Simpsons episode.

"Say it Frenchie! Chowda!" :D "

Nightfall: "i think ineed to be watching the simpsons more.. lol...

"

Thor: "Bluesoul, I've already done it. Sheesh, you are behind:D"

Blue: "*plugs ears*

Yes, watch more Simpsons, Nightfall, it's like chicken soup for the soul. Speaking of soup, that's what this whole thread's about! Wow, I just realized it! (Gee, I am behind, just like Thor said) :D"

Thor: "If I don't hear it, it's not illegal

Blue: "Son of a diddly, you're correct!"

Thor: "STOP IT!!!! THE MADNESS, THE MADNESS"

Well, when I think of sequels, it's like another story altogether, but with the same cast or regular characters. But Lord of the Rings is still the same story, just one loooong story chopped up in three. I think Tolkien wanted to make it one, but he was advised to expand it. Or was that Asimov? Well, anyway... :D

The Matrix trailers are awesome, eh? Especially the scene with the Albino twins, shooting things up. :D But wouldn't you think Neo wouldn't have to shoot anything, because he's the "One", so he could just sit there and brush them aside with a wave of his hand?? :bugeye: :)

Blue - Yeah, that was Tolkien, cept his publisher made him split it, cos it was too big to be sold as one novel. Also, it was said earlier, TTT didn't count as sequel cos it was the same story. :p

:D Trying hauling around George RR Martin's A Song of Fire and Ice , he's currently released three books that total to nearly 3,000 pages. The funny part is that there are still three more books scheduled for release
