Why is it that very few on the Forum fail to recognize their own self justification bias? It seems that most are willing to call black and white on others opinion but fail to recognize it in their own make up. It is part of the human nature not to question your own conclusions and prejudice, and to discount others opinion in favor of your own, and to only look for things that support your own theories. It is when you recognize that black and white in your own nature that you are finally ready to learn.

Well Message forums are like that. That's why the discussions are so different than face to face. Probably a lot more fake agreement face to face. Or agreeing for some other reason(other than the arguments.), or even disagreeing for some other reason.
They are also getting predictable. I've only posted here a few months and can count on what some people will say, where the argument will go etc.
Black and white arguments, tend to bring out some pretty far out ideas, how far people will reach. None the less I have personally learned a lot already from this forum, and that's probably the whole point.

If one comes up with theories about a person, about myself, a situation, or something, then those theories would have had to undergone a cross examination in a court of law. Verdict's still not in, tho'. Might take some time. Meanwhile, let's test a few of them out and see what transpires.

Why are people hypocrites? It comes from a desire to figure out how people ought to be before figuring out what people are like in reality.
