I would venture to say that it's due to the convoluted, muddled way that you express yourself. I've no idea where you are from or if English is your native tongue - but you have a very awkward way of stating what you are trying to say.

Just a little effort on your part - with less bolding and quotation marks - would go a very long way toward more effective communications.

Not really. The quotation marks themselves aren't the problem. It's the lack of precision behind them. The use of quotation marks at least indicate to the reader that it's a semantic muddle. Without them, they'd simply have to bulldoze their way to that observation.

My initial thought is that the poster hasn't communicated in a manner to correctly convey what they mean to the least able reader. There are people you really have to spell out the most obvious details for. For these readers the burden of clear, concise communication falls on the poster. While I agree with that, if you had read through the threads started by and containing posts by the complaining individual here, you would have clearly seen what several well-educated people are talking about when we say he fails to communicate well.
