At http://www.thenakedscientists.com we are putting together a new series of science radio programmes due for launch in September.

A popular feature of this weekly show is the inclusion of a guest scientist to chat about their field of work.

In order to provide what people want to know about it would help enormously if anyone can suggest suitable fields for discussion on the show ?

as far as suggestions i think you'd be better off wandering through the forum and seeing what ideas the best discussions gravitate around and start from there. putting a few words here for an idea is nowhere as good as the more fleshed out ideas that individual, existing threads can sometimes evolve.
