Anyone know if satellite radio waves are dangerous? it's cool and i might get one.

your head will receive satellite waves whether you wear the headphones or not.

Your head is being hit with all kinds of waves... 24/7/365. FM radio, satellite communications, cell phones, cordless phones, walkie talkies, gamma rays, x-rays, .... ad infinitum. Whether you have a receiver or not.. it's doesn't matter.

Very few people actually sensitive to radio/etc. waves.

I read an article about a British woman who had to wave-proof her house (special paints on the wall!) to make sure she is not getting any waves at least at home...
