I'm not sure whether I should try it or not, because the people in sage wisdom say they're not sure about... well, everything.

As far as I can tell it's not addictive. I've only tried it a couple of times and waited at least 2 weeks between uses. What I have noticed though is that I seem to recall my past dreamscapes without much difficulty immediatly following use.

Would you like to hear about the last time I used it and what it felt like?

I have experienced just about every drug I can obtain. I smoked pot quite a bit in college. (holding it in is the key :D) I don't say it because I have no experience. I have experienced with drugs. I think doing drugs is dumb and complete waste of money.

But seriously, it's the holier-than-thou attitude that gets me.Of COURSE you can have a good time without drugs... but you can have a DIFFERENT good time with them. whats the problem? I dont play the same computer game my entire life and say "this game is enough fun, I dont need any others".

Salvia Divinorum imo is NOT a party drug. Imo it's a way to explore the boundaries of conciousness. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to disconnect with reality then Salvia Divinorum might be the key your looking for. It was for me.

So is E in the right environment Pine... Although I wouldn't mind giving this one a go to see what it does either :)

Any drug that has a positive effect has a good chance of becoming psychologically addicting.

Any substance, when taken chronically, will have the opposite effect on its way out of your system.

Salvia Divinorum has as much psychoactive effect as an antihistamine. It is not that far removed from the rest of the Coleus family.

I'm going to assume that you are contrasting these two in an effort to say that Salvia Divinorum has no psychoactive properties. While body chemistry certainly plays a part in the effects of all drugs, the leaves of S. Divinorum and, to a far greater degree, Salvinorin A extract, have a clearly psychoactive effect.

I don't want to Jack this thread, and I don't wan't to be a troll either, but if you want my two cents, I think most drugs are bad.

They coat the neurons in the brain, making you slow. Damage area's of the brain, can eventually lead to things like parkinsons and other terminal brain dieseases, cause major chemical imbalances in your brain, and can lead to many other problems. Plus, some of these drugs are very addicting.

Yes, I know things like alcohol (in ways) and Ciggarettes can be just as bad. Ciggarettes are probably worse than many drugs if you ask me.

i dont know if its the same stuff but i bought this shit at the 'helbal highs' stall at a recent music festival i was at (T in the park). its called 'salv mix', mix of sage type plants: smells and looks like dried grass (actual grass, not weed). I smoked alot of it and it had no effect what so ever, total waste of money. I think that i may have been more aware to colour but that was the only effect if any. Would'nt recommend this particular stuff.

I have seen so many cases of substances destroy people's lives. People lose jobs, flank out of school, or even die from substance abuse.(drugs, alchohol, and tobacco) I ask some of those people do you ever think substances will ever have so much impact on your lives before you started taking it? They all say no. Some people more strong willed than others, but most people don't really know how strong willed they really are. Usually those people over estimated themselves. It is best not to even try it. I experimented with drugs, but the experiment is over. I felt it is retarded, stupid, moronic, and foolish to take some poison to mess up your body. There are other alternatives to detach yourself from reality. I hope drugs will continue to be banned. I am prejudice against drug use, and I am glad so is corporate America. I don't want to work with some pot heads.

Also computer AD&D game is good. For an entire week I thought I am a Paladin living in the realm of Fairun. I call my shirt a +3 flannel and all my coins are referred to as gold pieces. When people around me are really annoying I wish I can cast polymorph spell and turn them into a rat.....

so what is particulary bad about a psyhotropic pepermint::D like Salvia Divinorum. It's not your standart drug, it's not even marijuana. All 100% natural with no chemicals. And a group of people has used it for a thousand years...

IMO nature has found a way once again to throw eveloution a curve ball. Drugs of any kind may have a good or bad effect. IT's what we choose to extract that counts.

the stuff i tryed did not work. if its legal = does'nt work or gives you a sore head. Marijuana is 100% natural with no chemicals and a group of people being the maztecs and aztecs used them for 1000's of years. actually cocain is 100% natural, but cocain is bad.

Your concept of what a chemical is has to be re-defined.

the general population opinion-> artificially composed drug in some underground basement lab.

salvia is used "as is"
of course it has "chemicals" in it, but they are "natural"

edit to add-> I first thought it was a response to my post, but anywayz this is what I think about chemicals

yeh...i meant by: no chemicals - not synthetically made. THC is the chemical in marijuana, i'm not completely stupid just a typo
