Nope. The camera don't do nothin' but take pictures. Someone else, most probably the police, will give you the citation for that violation.

And if perchance your question is "Does the camera take a picture if you make a rolling stop?", then the answer is ....it depends on the city, on the type of camera, on the timing of the camera, etc.

Oh well, the camera flashed as I made my right turn. I guess I have to wait to see if I'm going to be ticketed.

Depends on the city. Here in Atlanta, I do not have a problem with rolling through a red light to make a right turn. In fact, I have seen the city police do the same thing all the time and the camera never takes a picture (there is a bright flash bulb that goes off as an indictation).

traffic police dont really exist here in belgium...only cameras.

too bad i dont have a car.......
