I'm not even sure that 2 does it. Consider: Linkin Park and Coldplay only have 2 albums, well lp has 3 if you count the remix. Yet these are not really struggling groups. Now of lesser known groups I should say that Queens of the Stone Age is developing well. Chevelle and the White Stripes would also go on my list.
