Hi all....long time listener...first time caller.
I have just got possesion of Mechcommander 2, Warlords Battlecry, and Warcraft 3.
Now....
Promise not to laugh....
My specs..
Pentium 2 433:(
164 meg Ram
32 meg Nvidia Vanta\Vanta LT
10 meg H/drive
I NEED to play these games so I was wonderin' if anyone could give me some advice as to how I could tweak my system to run these games at a decent frame rate.. eg overclocking, video card tweaking and so on..
Keep in mind I am a relative novice at this sort of thing even though I have had these specs for two years(you promised not to laugh:D ).
lets see....
Get a bigger CPU...
Get a better Video card...
Get more RAM...
Get a bigger H/drive...
Okay, now we've got the no brainers out of the way is there any OTHER way to speed up the game..even with all graphic and sound settings set to minimum.
I await your reply with breathless anticipation (otherwise its back to Red alert 2:( ).
Passout..
