I pose a question for only the true intellectuals who can provide proof for their answer with qualified research. Does living in urban enviornments or poorer enviornments impact Development within Children if so why? If a child is a victim to his impoverished, destructive enviornment how can he overcome his enviornmental influences and surpass the conditioning around him and become someone great despite the odds stacked against him. I pose this question based off of my theory that the "projects" within urban enviornments are indeed projects that the government has designed to oppress the former slaves, (Black population) and keep them oppressed, ignorant, and weak with tactics like Welfare, Guns, Drugs/Alcohol etc so the the balance needed to sustain this economy is guarenteed, (the Rich get Richer and the Poor get Poorer.)
