Sooooo.......
How many laws does nature have? How many constants does nature have? Do you think all things could be created and jut randomly fall in a certain order? Why there is order in nature? Does entropy exists?
Here's a thought for you. Pick up a gigantic puzzle. I mean.... the biggest puzzle you have at home. If you don't have one, please buiy one so that you can make this experiment. Now, pick up all the pieces and throw up the air. Look at the floor. Do you see any order? Did all the pieces fall in the right place? Are all the pieces connected?
Now, imagine countless particles, infinitely small. Those are quarks. There are six kinds of them. Somehow, they are different. Somehow, they attract each other and form more complex systems: subatomic particles. Than, pick up thoe ubatomic particles, which have dozens of unique properties that somehow arise from the quarks, and combine them into atoms. To be even more puzzling, those atoms are connected in some mysterious way which allows, by comparison, a nucleus the size of an apple to be in Mexico, while an electron the size of a peanut to be in London. Somehow, those atoms have unique qualities. Somehow, there are discrete orbits in those atoms, where for example, the first one allows 2 electrons while the econd and third allow for eight. All those complex systems form molecules. Than, those molecules, which have other different properties, get together into macromolecules. Than, omehow we have organelles, and than prokariotic cells, and than eukariotic cells, and organs, and pluricellular beings.......
Isn't it strange? How can there be so much order in the midst or such chaos?
Here's and interesting question: in a parallel universe, which begins with the same "things" our begins, would the laws of physics be different? Maybe this is the question we should be pondering about.....
Anyways.... I find it quite strange the fact that the uniovere can be compared to a puzzle, which we throw in the air and fall perfectly complete on the floor...... :D
