    A slim waist will get you discovered. Going to the beach is no longer a torture some proposition when you have a waist you’re not scared to show off.     According to health experts, men with a waist size greater than 40 inches and women with a waist that measures more than 35 inches are at increased risk for heart disease and stroke. In addition, large waists stuffed with unwanted fat, can strain back muscles and concession mobility. Having a trim waist can make your midriff look great from all angles. What’s more, toning your waist muscles can help support your back and improve your posture.

    Secret to getting six pack abs... lose weight. When you lose weight your waist will shrink. It doesn't matter how many crunches or situps you do, if you don't eat right you will have a fat middle.

    true, there is no such things as burning fat locally. you must lower your fat level overall and there are some certain places that fat disappears slower. for girls it is waist, butt, legs, belly. For guys it is back belly waist.
