Isn't it possible to configure your browser to do this?

i used to have a forum on nick-mcmahon.com untill i stared my new animation idea and i just wondered if this site could it becuse it was helpfull to everyone as they could see when i post was made rather than having to re-load the page them selfs if they are busy doing other things etc

Well, perhaps you should download Opera, there you can activate automatic refreshing. But I just notice that refreshing every 5 seconds is really annoying :D

like what happened to captain crunch, i got directed to the german vesion and it screwed my system up so ill settle with the labourius task of pressing the refresh button every so-often

I can do what with Opera? Auto refresh?

Easy, click on "Navigation" in the control bar, there is an option that says: Reload every ->

There you can chose when Opera should refresh the site.
