Just wondering.... on some people's profile, they have 'referrals', and I was wondering a), what does this mean, b), how does one get referred??

If you tell a person somewhere about this forum, and this person registers here, and names you as the person who has referred them here, then you get a referral count. One count for each person who registers and names you as the one who has referred them here.

Click on "Help" at the top of the page, and look at the section on referrals.
