if that's the case, I guess we can write off your assumption that everything is a hallucination as a hallucination also

interesting...
as the mind might cycle through any number of possible combinations of ideas, symbols, images, objects and so forth... in the thought process putting them together to form coherent pictures that make some sense.. and can be sustained as real thoughts.. justified as being reality to surtain extents.... any realisation then, becomes a result of the minds cycling throught many imagined possible visual understandings, in the minds eye, and finally settles on reality... with the realization of what is and is not true or real....
crazy people... may have trouble... settling down to the clear reasoned perspective and may be lost with thoughts which are a jumble of confussion from the failure of the mind to lock onto realisations of things... generally, and quickly.
its hard to focus...
