Imagine, you are entering a (not so big) passanger plane, the door to cockpit is open so you can see pilots, both of whom happended to be black. What would be your instant (no that afterthought reflection stuff) thoughts?

I'd wonder if they were Vietnam helicopter pilots.
I'd think I wish it were legal to push racists that relentlessly bring up race everywhere they go off of airplanes.

I'd wonder how the fuck they got out of the ghetto without getting shot or becoming a convicted felon! ....LOL!

I'd be slightly surprised, not shocked or anything. It wouldn't be because there was one black pilot, but two in the same cockpit. It's the same surprise when I see a black person playing water polo or hockey, or a white guy rapping or doing real well in basketball, or an Asian boxing or wrestling.
It has nothing to do with racial bias, just flat out truth in that certain races tend to stick or shy away from certain activities. Stereotypes exist for a reason, because more often than not, they're true.
