if you know c&c then red alert story is that the future was changed, hitler is a corpse, and now the ruskies want to rule the world or something like. both games are related as RA predates C&C. they promised to link the two stories in RA3.

nah my main tactic as the allies was get about 20-25 planes and just go after my foe sure i would lose a couple but they would get through. the solviet airpower was to slow for my liking

i said it was fun not efficient. the soviet in general sucked. one choronosphere with prism tanks and the enemy is toast.

but it was an awsome game. yuris revenge even better. i loved the grinder.

I've spent many hours on Red Alert 2. I think I've been playing the game since I was 10 or so. Yuri's Revenge was pretty good as well.
I can only hope, which of course isn't going to do much, that Red Alert 3 will run on my machine.
