Has anyone here heard of the QXCI?

Have you be diagnosed/treated with it? What did you think?

I've heard of it.
A quick google search turns up a few (very) different results, but it looks like it's some sort of device used to diagnose diseases, maybe cancer:

I dictionaries tell me it's some sort of "quantum biofeedback device."
That sounds like a device that uses quantum physics to diagnose biological problems, maybe.
