I've heard of some administrators making up $120,000 a year for big businesses. Average admin I've heard makes about 70 grand a year. Now if your planning on being a programmer, the pay isn't as well. Average is about 50 grand depending on the circumstances. I find this kinda of weird... if you ask me, programming is much for challenge than being an administrator.

not correct i graduated and got payed 50,000 straight up to work for a big company as a software enginner programmer. the guys im working with easily getting 80+gz on average many with about 3-4 years experiance.

Administrators get alot depending on what they administer and for whom. DB administrators get heaps, they are very very important people and alot of applications and speed at which they run depends on how the database is configured and set up, alot of fine tunning is involved in database administrators which many might not be aware of.

I dont know how much network security admins get but i suspect if its for an important company it will be alot.
Dont forget though many people in these positions learned to code and program before they could do anything else because programming is one of the most fundemental parts of being a proper techie.

If you talking web administrators who update webpages and stuff they are not getting anywhere near 120k, not even 60 k if its with a small company

Adminstrators: Yes they get a lot of money for stuff that is beyond their control. It is similar to project managers who get big bucks to babysit programmers. The architect/designer gets crap. So guess what? The software runs crappy too and babysitted by big bucked people.

Programmers: While not all programmers are good but it is a commodity item. Companies refuse to pay big bucks in the idea that they can get two programmers for the price of one.

Pdf file: Try getting an older version of acroread (2.0 or 3.0) and see if it works. The file is protected. There is a way, but since a Russian went to jail on this....my mouth is sealed.

Of course there are ways. easiest would be to look for either the older version like Kmguru suggested or to find a "converter program".

Usually the converts I end up with are ones that convert DOC or HTML to PDF but I'm sure the reverse one is out there.

http://access.adobe.com/simple_form.html

This will allow a URL to a PDF file to be converted to HTML

http://www.pdftoall.com/

Should suit you up with some tools for the conversion

Wrong.
Wrong Question buddy.

we dont ask about salary, salary is something small for us.small.very small.think big and you"ll be a big shot.

and remember, nothing, not your degree, not your marks can fetch a good job, nothing.it is <b>you</b>who can fetch it.the personality, the attitude counts the most.take these words as bible or whatever your relegion is.

during my work of launch etc of Z-dos.i learned a lot from my father.and rule is simple:
<B><I>WAIT...WATCH...AND KILL!</B></I>
the eagle attitude is the policy in todays world.

bye!
