    My question;
Is it currently the capablity of human nuclear science to manufacture protons.

i have heard that it was possible or was being done from the use of light, what is the information on this, is it as with the creation of other atoms.

Check with the guys at FermiLab. They make anti-protons all the time for their collider program.

Yeah, i think i will, guess i will have to spend some time in sub atomic particles, i was hoping i would not have to spend to much time, as i just read a article that described the proccess as elusive. as well i heard that the universty of indiana was working on the subject.
i was hoping that the proccess had been mastered and there was some mass manufacturing of the proton that could be used for a project.

    thanks, DwayneD.L.Rabon

A proton is just a hydrogen atom with the electron removed. It isn't too hard to get those, since hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe.

You could do it the hard way, by creating them from energy in a particle accelerator, but why bother?

Well James R, I was looking for a source of protons in sapce to create a hydrogen atmoshpere around earth, but i could not find a sufficent source in the solar wind.
It came to the point that the only place capable of supplying the hydrogen was at the suns surface to gain enough in a limited time frame for the purpose of controlling earths motion.
Given the difficulty or time consuming technology to carry out such a mission and humans not wanting to man such a mission to the near surface of the sun it would require another source.
There for I needed a device that could create a mass number of protons to create a atmosphere around earth for controll of earths motions. Given the event s of emergency and human response time to such events the device would prove decisive, as transporting hydrogen from the sun by laser was time consuming.

Electrolyse hydrogen from seawater. That's a lot cheaper energywise than making it through nuclear reactions.

Well pete, i thought of that but the sea water was needed to maintain the enviroment of human life.

The idea that i just had was to use a magnetic pulse from Venus or Mercury, the magnetic pulse would capture protons of the solar wind, which would be colllected near Earth by a second magnetic feild, and distributed by laser to direct place.

Thing is this requires the coverage of a large area, even near the sun the magnetic pulse would have to cover 260 sqaure miles.

The minium mass nessacary to move earth was 8.1257 X 10^16 tons for controll efforts.
I have to assume the neglecance of human preparation for a disruptive event, and so the time frame for aquieing the mass for controll is less than 5 years.

    What would you suggest?

Use the seawater for hydrogen now, replace it as you can from comets, asteroids, Saturn's rings, Moons of other planets, etc etc etc.
