Are you happy where you live? With the life you've chosen to lead? Basically, are you content? When did you realize you were?
My life is like a rollercoaster, lots of ups and downs, but whenever I am down, I always have a shoulder to cry on (my family/my bf/ my friends, etc). I can't say I am content though, especially when I remember things that I regret.
Great. The key is too realize that we have it so good nowadays. For fuck sake life is easy. For me anyway.
It’s been quite hard for the last few months. I have a lot of obstacles ahead of me, but I’m a winner, I'm the Sheikh of the slaughterers, I’m not worried. Allah be praised. I am happy and content. I'm trying to move out of my home town though. Thats something that should be accomplished within a couple of years.
My younger brother is still at school and my old man wants him finish before we move. But yeh, my area is only going downhill, its full of petty criminals and small minded saps with no ambition. The area is a hell-hole. The only thing I will miss is the food, we have the best kebabs here.
True. On a 2nd thought, one can't be really happy unless they dont fully use their conscious. Like, how can you enjoy your dinner when you remember starving chidren in Africa? how can you sleep well when you think that on the other side of the world, there are people in war, struggling with their diseases, their debt, being in prison, losing someone they love, having accident, etc? how can you be happy when you know you could die next morning and nothing is sure about god, life after death, etc etc? :shrug:
Really? All I want is to move to a place that is quiet. Less traffic, less drunks, less druggies, no yobs, hoodies etc.
lol. I'm too attached! though I have a lot of complaints I can’t really imagine leaving this country permanently.
I live in one of the poshest towns in the southwest of England, and its still full of druggies, yobs, hoodies etc. Man, they are EVERYWHERE.
