I have seen that it is possible to view those who voted in a poll prior to an individual voting in that poll themselves, but not afterwards. Can you please allow for a viewing of the 'results' even after an individual has voted?

Not all polls are public.

in that case it would be smart if system is put in place whereby an audit of the votes can take place. perhaps a rotating team drawn from the community can be appointed.

this would inspire a greater degree of confidence in the legitimacy of the vote count. notions of administrative biases would also lack a solid foundation.
