At least not to my simplistic thinking.

facts

They only exist in the early universe.
They did not need a massive black hole or galaxy to exist.
They are subject to attractions and collisions with other large objects.

my theory

The early universe was "working out the kinks" and neutralizing the small congretates of anti matter that were produced at or near creation and inflation of the 3 and 4 dimensional universe.

All these concentrations of antimatter needed was a source of positive matter be it gas or other matter which would annihilate both.

The anti matter in the early universe would have been annihilated with in the first few seconds. (a billion to one imbalance, is all the matter we see) The energies of all the particles would have given the early universe a `very good mix`.

There is unlikely to be any anti matter left.

There is the assumption that mini-black holes would have been created very early on and that galaxies formed around these seeds.
The quasars that we see probably have black holes in the order of 3 million sun masses.
