WARNING: OBVIOUSLY PSEUDOSCIENTIFIC (AND RELIGIOUS) STUFF. Proceed with caution when analysing

So basically, a friend shared this clip

    http://www.xpmedia.com/video/6650/quantum-healing

    and then read through this
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_healing

Being a glutton of punishment I watched through the entire thing
Everything I can sensibly question (e.g. claiming that superstring=frequencies=god requires rigorous justification (said in a softer tone rather then the more harsh word "woo"), all religious aspects are isolated and analysed in a separate context without interfering with the analysis of the seemly scientific aspect), except this

    20:00-22:30

    My question is

He mentioned about electrically grounding people so when their body is free of the excess static electric charges, healing can be achieved
This sounds a testible idea, then why there aren't another large scale experiment carry this out, analysis the resutls, and interpret it to rule out or confirm it
So using the thinking of the scientific method, a topic is pseudoscientific when it pretend to be following the scientific method, but cannot be falsified
So where exactly is the above claim untestible?

My position is like most mainstream physicists, I am skeptical and really want to say it is woo, but I want to know how it woo itself?

P.S. To bypass that email registration roadblock in that website, any random letters plus a <insertwords>@hotmail.com will do

I think that begs the question, what is "excess static electric charges" in the human body and how does it affect people in such a way that they cannot be healed?

According to what he mentioned, he use this as what physicsits used, i.e. electric charges due to e- transfer in eletrostatics

Exactly, this is what I also have issue, on, how can they be sure that presence of excess static charges is detrimental, and how is it detrimental (what is the pathology of it, in making the body ill, if any? and why it must be almost always ill?)

Then, according to that logic, there should be anti-static chambers to walk through in every clinic and hospital.

Obviously, anyone who owns a carpet cannot be healed and will always remain ill.
