So I gots me a few of those 8+ gb discs and I tries burning 'em, but the burn process keeps failing in the middle and the disc ends up being ruined. I had no previous problems with burning discs. What could be the problem?
Thanks for your time.

Are you sure your DVD writer can burn dual layer?

I need a special one for that?
*sigh* Okay.
actualy I also have a dvd burner that's almost 2 years old. I only use it occasionally 1 time a month or something. I've always used nero and I've never had any problem. Now however every download fails altough the files that I burn are the pretty much the same (mpg's from a camera converted to avi). Is it possible that a dvd burner can brake only afther being used so midly.
(PS I also play music cd's and games with it so actually I and others use it many times a day)
The biggest problem I have with burning DVDs is all the smoke. It really annoys the people in the next cubicle.

Then do it outside, instead of the toilets.

Did you figure it out yet? Try ImgBurn, it's free and better than other stuff at burning Dual Layer discs.

Shit I never thought of that! You're a genius!
