there you go, the nutritional information of a pot noodle, on a par with a cardboard box. it contains a hell of a lot of salt and notice that the ingredients that are mentioned only add upto 56.6% so i wonder what the rest of the ingredients are.

your views please, oh and feel free to add ingredients of other products too that you think maybe of interest.

I guess the rest of the percentage of ingredients is water. It does say this is after preparation. Those Bad Boy's are pretty hot in comparison with the 'Hot' chicken curry or the standard Curry flavours. I pride myself on being a Pot Noodle connoisseur, even though I realise they are complete trash. :D

I don't know what "pot noodles" are. I am going to guess that they are like the Ramen Noodles. Is that correct?

they are like big yogurt cartons filled with noodles and a powdery stuff, you fill them with boiling water and add the sachet. they taste alright but are really junk food. http://www.potnoodle.com/dev/gifcity/snsicon.gif

Anybody remember the 'young ones' episode where the vampire tries to snort the pot noodle??? Classic.

That sounds about like the Ramen Noodles. Ramen comes in a couple of ways. They used to come in a pressed brick of hard noodles with an envelope of "flavoring" to be added. Now you can also get them in a styrofoam cup. While they recommend to add boiling water, I cheat. I add the water and put it in the microwave. The particular microwave I have senses when it is hot and automatically shuts off.

Basically they are dehydrated noodles. Here in the states they add a few peas and a couple of kernals of corn. Reminds me of the Army's recipe for chicken soup. 15 gal of hot water, dip one live chicken for 10 minutes, stir and serve...

You would get more energy from eating a cardboard box i'm sure, or a raw potatoe.

I've had the Bombay Bad Boy Pot Noodle every day for the last 4 weeks. At first I was like 'TAKE THE PAIN!' now I'm just wolfing it down.

I remember that young ones episode. Classic

Pot Noodles are one the major food groups, aren't they?

Just remember, don't drink the open can of coke. It contains Vivian's recipe for turning you into an axe wielding maniac.

right: funny story.
at the recent music festival i was at they gave every single person a bombay bad boy. We were camping next to these people and one of their mates had fallen asleep, them all being pissed got one sachet of 'hot sauce' out of the bombay bad boy and rubbed the whole sachet on this poor guys lips. Never told him and when he woke up in the morning his lips were burned to fuck - of course they all stood around gutting themselfs laughing while this guy was in pain cause his lips were burning and swallen. Quite funny i thought and pot noodle related so i thought i would post it.
Feel free to post any funny pot noodle stories.
