A Library in the UK would not allow a poster advertising a children's christmas nativity play because it may upset the non white, non christian minority, but it did allow posters for a muslim festival.

A pub in Colchester, (Essex, England) this year applied for extended opening hours on St Patricks day (patron saint of Ireland) and St Georges day (patron saint of England).

The application for St Patricks day was approved but the St Georges day application was refused, again because of fears that it may offend the non english minority.

Is Tony Blair and his scumbag Labour government determined to turn the millions of quiet tolerant english natives into raging right wing racists?. He must be!! it is the only reasonable explanation.

I think it's more ignorance than malevolance. In a psychological epidemic similar to the cold war Red Scare, irrational fear is going around like a bad political virus. Superficialities of religion are only flashpoints when we project and obsess on them.

they pull this shit off, and then when people get radicalized because of it, they say "you see? i told you we have a problem!"

That probably isn't his intention, but it will most likely be the result of his attempts to appease the raging left-wing (anti-British) racists.

I don't like that arrogant Charlton Heston at all but that's a really good quote that hits the nail on the head....

Problem I have with Mr. Heston is that I feel he is the type of guy that rather gets rid of the manners and keep the tyranny;)
