That's a line from a game I played once years ago, maybe Zork or something. I don't know anything about leaves, but here are some pics of the fall foliage in VA, as well as one of me and one of sparky. Add your own! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! They're on photobucket, no idea if you can look at them there or not. If you like them, maybe I'll post some more. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Try me. Even if it's not the woods themselves that will tell them Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Me building forts, playing war against the evil squirrels. My nudist period when I'd take my clothes off by the creek and lay in some piled up leasve. Talking to trees like they were wise old friends, oaks and spruce and maple, anyway. Pine trees were too silly. Dreams that heaven was an infinite forest, where the animals were friendly. The day I found a button pushed up by a tree root that was Revolutionary Redcoat. When I would do wiccan rituals worshipping Mother Earth and the Lord of the Hunt and the Underworld. Taking my telescope to a clearing in the woods at night to look at the moon. I dunno. There's so many. These woods are home. They are my friends. I have to choke back tears when one falls that I'm fond of, weirdly enough.
draqon-I jog more than that... just very slowly, and on my butt. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Ladies-thankythanky. I want to see others' pics out the front and back door, though. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Nice place man. I can totally relate to the growing up near a forest. I grew up by a nice patch of woods and a river. I should post some pics of it. Now that I am living in the city, I miss the comfort of being close to the woods. Thanks for sharing this Hammy. BTW: That is sooooo not what I pictured you to look like!!!
I was going to say that! That was the first thing I thought when I saw the pictures. Nothing could've been further from what I thought he looked like.
I know right, I pictured him to be a scrawny little dude with unruly hair and wild eyes. something like this: Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
