Hi guys, a friend of mine asked me thsi question, but I can't remember for the life of me how to do it, could anyone shed some light on this?

You have 30.0 ml .100 M acetic acid. How many ml of .200M NaOH must be added to this solution for the pH to be 7.00? (you may assume volumes are additive, K[a] of acetic acid is 1.80E-5) Half credit: everything the same, but K[a] = 1.8E-5
