Here you will answer the following questions based on your own personal experience/feelings/morals. The point of this exercise is to stimulate conversation and see just how different we all really are. I'd also like those who answer to post new questions for us

    1. A man decides to open a fake journal online pretending it's real. The blog is about how he rapes his daughter every nite and the enjoyment he gets from it, he describes in detail how this happens, etc. One day someone tracks him down (then calls the police) and he is questioned about the content on his blog. They realize it's all just a big hoax but the party that initiated this decides to sue him for posting illegal content, child, etc. Her belief is he was promoting child endangerment and therefore should be held accountable for the site itself. Her lawyers go over it trying to find anything to file a complaint about.

    - Given this scenerio would you side with the man or the offended party and why?

    2. You are walking down the street towards your favorite resturant when suddenly you see a car turning (right) and a child gets hit. As this happens you can hear the screams of everyone that witnessed the accident, you realize the child is dead. Your memory is very clear, you recall the party did not come to a full stop at the stop sign and made a right turn going around 10 miles an hour. Unfortunately the child was already unwell and had been crossing the road to go get medicine from the pharmacy accross the street. The medics arrive and the child is indeed no longer living, the police come and begin questioning witness's.

    - Given the circumstances (the child was already ill and possibly would've died later anyway) will you blame the driver for the accident or attempt to salvage their future by saying it was the childs fault? Was the driver completely at fault or not, explain.

    3. You are a bright and intellectually sound person, everyone believes you will someday become wealthy and successful. One day you goto an inventors convention and notice a man stumbling around the floor (trying to setup his displays). He clearly has many contraptions he's made and is attempting to market, you are somewhat bored though so begin leaving. As you walk away you notice a paper on the floor entitled "Something Cool". When you open this document you find a description for a marvelous new device, one you've never imagined before. As you read and come to understand the invention you realize it's brilliant, that indeed you can make alot of money on it (if you steal it). In the back of this book is his phone number and fax, then next to that are the words "ORIGINAL".

    - Given the scenerio above would you steal the designs for this invention or call the man and attempt to return the papers? Would you want a reward for finding his work or merely hand it over freely?

    4. You are in a bar trying to find someone to talk with. You're lonely and just want a good time, from the corner of your eye you see someone staring at you (they're really hot). Eventually you both meet and begin talking, you hit things off and the nite is a blast. Just then someone comes up to you and asks "you wanna go home with me". This person is extremely sexy and you are very taken with them for some reason, your companion has gone to get their coat so you are alone. You think to yourself for a moment and...

    - You are faced with a choice here, you can try arranging a meeting later with either of them or just go for 1, but given your perspective what would you do?

    5. One day you decide to go and buy a new car, you go over to the dealer and begin looking at the vehicles there. Sooner or later someone approaches you and you begin talking, you explain the vehicle you'd like and they are happy to show you around. An hour passes and you grow excited at the possibility you've found what you're looking for, just then you notice something in one of the other cars he showed you. He's gone back to get some estimates, etc. so you figure why not and open the door to check things out. Inside you find an envelope with 800 dollars. Now you aren't being watched and nobody is around your area, you think "should I".

    - The situation is this, you are there alone, the car is one you looked at but so did many others that day as well it's highly probable no one would know you even drove it let alone remember you. The money is unmarked and you have no way of tracing it back to the owner. You could give it to the dealer but then why, after-all you found it and someone was dumb enough to leave it there right? Would you take it all, take part of it and leave the rest, tell the dealer, or just ignore it?

Call the police and have them take care of it. If no one claims it within 6

months the police are supposed to turn it over to whoever found the money

so you'll get it if no one has lost it.
