I don't think that anyone is an idiot and it only shows how disrespectful and

rude others are in saying so. Sometimes people put others down because it

makes them feel superior somehow but in reality it only shows their

ignorance. I'd like to understand why you can't make your ideas work. Can't

you find help from others around you in making it work?

My husband is very successful, highly regarded, high up in his company, he has great ideas, but its like his brain falls out when he walks in the house.

That is an unwise, trolling answer.Huh??? I'm always suspicious of people who tell me how great they are but they haven't accomplished anything. Whether it's engineering, composing music, or pickin' up chicks. Great ideas work, that's one of their most essential characteristics.

And it's certainly possible for a person to be genuinely smart, but to have been guided into the wrong career or course of study. He might have some clever ideas, but since he's out of his element they have too many flaws and therefore, they're not so great.
