We learn that people never learn.

The "people" you are refering to could be outside the group "we."

In that way, I do not see a paradox.

Try this:

Everything I say is a lie.

I don't see it. All that means is the statement you just said is a lie which would mean that some statements you say is true while other's, such as the statement you made, is a lie.

Or

You could be saying that the statement you made was a lie, meaning it was the truth, but if it was the truth that ultimately it was a lie, which leads to the fact that there is no truth and no lie. Blah i don't know what im saying lol.

Here's a paradox:

I am lying when I say,"I'm a hypocrite".

Another:

I just killed myself in the past.

Another:

A set time.

Think about it before you reply.

Actually now that i think about it "A set time" sounds more like an oxymoron...

If everything I say is a lie (true) then the statement I just said must be a lie, so I everything I say is not a lie. Contradiction.

Well I guess it is false. Sorry... lol. Well I meant to do something along the lines of "This statement is false." Sorry. lol.

I never understood why people get so excited about these 'I am lying' word games.

In order to label something as 'true' or 'a lie' you must first have something to label. If I say 'This statement is false,' then I am applying the conditional modifier 'false' to 'this statement.' The problem is, 'this statement' doesn’t actually say anything, and so the entire thing is grammatical nonsense.
