I just started this workout two weeks ago.

I've been looking at the infomercials for about a year now and have wondered. Did some reading and there were some "experts" who questioned the "muscle confusion" theory and whatnot, but even setting that fact aside, the entire workout is chocked full of amazing exercises.

During the winter months I focus as much as possible as heavy weights and some cardio. While the P90x makes room for heavy weights, its real genius is in the mixture of many cardio exercises that target muscle groups.

In the five or so years that I've been working out, I'd say that the P90x is the toughest hour of exercising I've ever done.

    Anybody else?

I thought about trying this since I know what they are talking about with the plateau effect, but the price was a bit steep. I heard about this "muscle confusion" when I was on the soccer team but never actually tried it. P90x probably does work, but only as long as you keep doing it. Also, it may be more geared to endomorphs than ectomorphs. Skinny people can't do much to gain weight other than gain fat.

    Also, is it working?

I heard some great testimonies about the P90X. It's pretty extreme from what I heard but does keep you in shape and help you gain muscle.
