Owner/administrator difference

    Why does windows have both "owner" and "administrator"? Can I/Should I remove one?

    the only context in which owner occurs (nt5-ntfs) is in the file system.
    the owner is the administrator group by default

    i would strongly advise you to leave that shit alone
    of course it is not as if you have a choice

    i've installed my OS a few times already and i ALWAYS use "owner" as my name.
